Could you benefit from creating more accountability & support?

These days, who couldn't? And although creating accountability and support for clients is one of my specialities, today I want to introduce you to another great resource, Ginny Wright.

Ginny is a powerhouse.  She’s an award-winning, certified health coach and personal trainer who founded Body by Ginny (BbG) in 2003. For over 10 years, Ginny and her team have been hosting AM boot-camp style classes, 6-days a week, outdoors, regardless of the weather, at various parks and locations across Northern Virginia.

I had the opportunity to meet Ginny last week, over coffee, and let me tell you, she’s equally passionate as she is fit! Her friendly, positive demeanor and youthful spirit might explain why so many of her clients have been with her for years, morning after (frigid) morning. I left our chat inspired to run some laps!

BUT did I? Ehhh, not so much.

And that’s the funny thing about inspiration. It can only take you so far. Whether you’re trying to write that novel, learn to play the guitar or eat more greens, it’s imperative that you create sustainable habits that propel you towards reaching your goal. This is especially true when it comes to your health. Just as a novel won’t write itself unless you carve out time each day to dedicate to writing, more greens won’t magically show up on your dinner plate, unless you purchase and prep veggies ahead of time.

As with all great achievements, it takes a little foresight and a whole lotta planning.

Already overwhelmed? Well you're in luck! If you’re looking to develop sustainable, healthful habits in the areas of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle (writing that novel? not so much), I encourage you to check out Ginny’s upcoming Total Wellness Challenge (TWC).

The TWC is a 30-day wellness game, kicking off February 22. And the best part: For a small fee of $39, you will have access to a community of support, accountability, resources, recipes, and workouts at your fingertips to help you create small, sustainable changes in your diet, fitness and lifestyle.

If you’re interested, I urge you to check out the website for more details. Sign up and start earning your points! Hope to “see” you on the board!
